Providing Supplemental Food to Those in Need
Our food pantry operates as a non-profit mission of St. Luke's Episcopal Church with assistance from other churches and organizations within our community.
ANY and ALL persons who seek assistance are welcome. There are no financial requirements and only minimal information is needed.
Our "STUFF THE BUS" food drive sponsored by The Buffalo Senior Center will be held on Saturday, May 18th from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. The Buffalo Area Transit System (BATS) will have their large bus parked at Lynn's Superfoods and we will be asking for donations of nonperishable food items to load in the bus. Our first "STUFF THE BUS" was held last fall at DJ's Grocery and brought in almost 1,000 pounds of food. We are challenging everyone to help us beat this amount. For each donation, you will receive a free BATS ride ticket and other prizes will be handed out throughout the event.
